Make contact with the Bride & Grooms parents in advance, request the names and numbers of any friends or family members who for one reason or another are unable to attend. You then call them to introduce yourself to them and provide the 800 number which they may use to record the message - once received, we will edit the recording to filter out background noise as well as remove any unnecessary "ands", "ums" or other editing which may need to take place.

We have found that the best time for playback is during dinner as it re-captures or sets the mood for the next upcoming event and adds an element of emotion - making this Wedding one their guests will never forget.
